Danusia Francis joins Better Late to talk about her gymnastics journey, from watching the 2000 Olympics as a child to making it to the elite level in Great Britain, and then going on to compete for UCLA, where her dream of competing internationally was reignited. Danusia an Olympic spot for the Tokyo Games eight years after being an alternate for the UK team in 2012. She talks about maintaining a positive mindset, her training schedule, how she learns new skills compared to learning them as a child, using vision boards to manifest her goals, and her advice for adult gymnasts.
