Simona Castro didn’t expect to go to the Olympics, never mind be a trailblazer for gymnastics in Chile. In this interview with Better Late, Simona talks about focusing on big skills over big goals when she was young, how college gymnastics made her a better athlete, and how she’s training for the Tokyo Olympics as a 31-year-old in the middle of a pandemic.
